KELP INFUSED OLIVE OIL
VITAMIN AND MINERAL RICH
ADD KELP INFUSED OLIVE OIL TO:
YOUR FAVOURITE FACE CREAM RECIPE
ADD to SALAD DRESSING

Ingredients:
Sterilised glass jar and lid.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil or other quality oil of choice.
Kelp flakes.

Method:
Kelp flakes (fill sterilised glass jar with kelp flakes 1/2 to 1/3 full).
Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top of kelp flakes, enough to almost fill jar. 
Leave about 3/4 to 1 inch from rim of jar to allow for expansion of the kelp. 
Seal with lid.

Give it a quick shake or two every day or every few days. 
Let infuse for about 2 weeks. 
Strain. Label and date. 

Store in cool dark cupboard. 
Will keep at least 6 months and more.

note: you can use any seaweeds such as Nori, Macro, Kombu, Wakame, 
Bladderwrack etc...
