Tofu dog

Grate cabbage and add Seaweed Wasabi Mayo.

Fried Kelp

Toasted grain or whole wheat bun

    

Steam tofu dog

Toast bun

Cut Premium Bull Kelp Fronds into thin short pieces.

Flash fry kelp in oil (takes less than 1 second)

Dress tofu dog with wasabi cole slaw

and top with fried kelp.

Soooooo good!
