Seaweed Seasoned Potato Chips


Homemade in Microwave. Quick & Easy!

Cut raw potatoes paper thin (potato peeler works great).

Place potatoes one layer at a time on oiled microwave
container or on parchment paper.

Sprinkle kelp powder and pinch sea salt.

Cook in Microwave oven a few minutes on high
until crisp and very light golden brown.


Enjoy the best tasting potato chips ever!

note: you can also bake in oven 375 degrees F. 15 to 20 minutes
