Kelp Potato Cracker recipe:
Boil and mash potatoes.
Add lots of Bull Kelp powder (source bckelp.com)
Mix
Spread very thinly on parchment on a cookie sheet.
Dry in lowest temperature setting in oven
Takes a while to dry and will curl up on the edges
as it dries and lift off parchment.
Dries to a crisp.
Crispy and ocean salty delicious!
note: you can add any spice, sesame seeds etc...
